No background videos on AMD laptop, ok on Intel

Hi, I am running OutFox-5.3.0-alpha-4.10.0-Win32-HF1-date-20211001 on an old AMD laptop (Packard Bell TS11-SB).

When I play songs that have video backgrounds they do not display (just a black background).
The same songs with videos play fine in Stepmania 5.0.12 on the same laptop.
I tried this on Windows 10 64 and also Windows 7 64.

I also have an old Intel laptop (Dell Inspiron 14 3451), running Windows 10 64, and this plays the same song with the video in the same version of OutFox without an issue.

There is no obvious error in the log.

So I would guess this is specific to the AMD graphics or something?
I was wondering if anyone has any idea what could be causing it or a possible solution?
